Paiton Wilkinson

Originally having grown up in the Camden Haven area on the Mid-North Coast of NSW, Paiton decided to move to the Sunshine Coast after completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie. Paiton has also completed her Level 1 sports trainer (Allied Health) during her studies.

Paiton brings passion and enthusiasm to her work by providing education alongside manual and exercise therapy to her patients during rehabilitation to help them achieve their goals holistically. Paiton has a keen interest in lower limb injuries, acute and chronic back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and dance-related injuries having been a competitive dancer for 15 years prior to her studies.

In her spare time, you’ll find Paiton somewhere exploring the coast with a coffee in hand, paddle boarding, in a HIIT class at the gym, or in a sunny corner reading a book.
