Lexi Ironside

Lexi holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University along with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, specializing in Nutrition and Exercise. Throughout her career as a physiotherapist, she has cultivated a wide-ranging skill set across multiple disciplines, including Women’s Health, Orthopaedics and Surgical Rehabilitation, and Pain Management.

With a particular passion for Women’s Health, Lexi is committed to addressing conditions experienced by individuals across the lifespan, from adolescence to mature age. She has completed Clinical Pilates training, and she adeptly integrates this with her expertise in exercise and nutrition to enhance her clients’ health outcomes through targeted and individualized therapy.

Lexi is dedicated to a comprehensive approach to her clients’ well-being, meticulously crafting personalized treatment plans to meet their specific needs.
