Jarrod Herman
Jarrod graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2021. Since then, Jarrod has gained extensive experience in treating a diverse range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular, and respiratory issues. In addition to clinical practice, Jarrod has had experience with healthy populations in strength and conditioning, including youth strength training, and finds great fulfilment in supporting individuals from all walks of life on their health journeys.
Driven by a passion for promoting positive change, Jarrod has a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, chronic/persistent pain, and helping individuals return to sport, work, and daily activities with improved quality of life. Jarrod is committed to continuous professional development, particularly in the areas of pain management and rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Jarrod has a background as an elite swimmer and continues to lead an active lifestyle through triathlon training and strength conditioning. When not training, Jarrod enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly at the beach with friends, watching AFL, and attending live music events.
