Bree Smith

Bree is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of the Sunshine Coast. She also holds a Diploma of Musical Theatre from the Australian Dance Performance Institute, reflecting her lifelong love for the performing arts.

Combining her creativity and expertise in exercise physiology, Bree has discovered a unique passion for helping clients achieve their holistic best. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals to stay active while effectively managing their conditions. Through individualized exercise programs, Bree helps her clients regain the confidence they need to live happy and healthy lives.

Bree has a dedicated interest in supporting performing artists, paediatric and young adult populations, individuals with invisible chronic illnesses (such as EDS, POTS, CFS/ME, and hypermobility), and neurodiverse clients. Drawing from her experience as a dance teacher, she has a strong appreciation for the role of healthy movement in childhood development and enjoys helping children build lifelong active habits.

To enhance her ability to work with young clients, Bree has recently completed a Child Development and Paediatric Programming course, as well as a Pilates for Paediatrics course. She is currently expanding her expertise by studying Paediatric Play Therapy, equipping her to use movement and play to support children’s physical and emotional well-being.

Outside the clinic, Bree thrives in creative environments. You’ll often find her dancing in the studio or performing on stage, where she regularly contributes her choreographic and stage performance skills to community productions. When not dancing, Bree enjoys expressing herself through art and actively engaging with her local arts community.

Bree is available for Exercise Physiology appointments at our Maroochydore clinic.
