Amy Lam

Amy has completed a Clinical Exercise Physiology Degree at the University of Queensland and has a background in Personal Training, Group Training and Sports Coaching. Over the past 6 years, Amy has worked in the Health and Fitness industry, experiencing a range of different areas including NDIS work, paediatric work, one on one training and group training.

Amy’s goal is to guide individuals in their journey towards enhanced physical, mental and holistic well-being, fostering their ability to thrive at every stage of life. Her adept interpersonal skills naturally complement her sincere enjoyment of assisting and supporting others in their daily activities. This combination of academic knowledge, practical experience and a personal approach drives her commitment to making a meaningful and positive contribution to improve a client’s quality of life.

Amy loves soccer (the Matilda’s especially) and is open to any of your favourite Sushi Train recommendations.
