2. PRE-CONSULT ASSESSMENT
Prior to your initial consultation you will be emailed a link to a pre-consultation questionnaire to complete. This gives our experts time to assess your individual needs prior to the appointment.
3. ONLINE VIDEO CONSULTATION
Our Dietitians & Nutritionist will connect with you face-to-face via video link. The aim of the initial consultation is to get to know you and conduct a thorough nutrition assessment of you as an individual so that all advice and action plans can be personalised to your unique needs.
4. PERSONALISED PLAN
Based on the assessment, our dietitians will work with you to develop an individualised plan. You will be sent the plan along with any other relevant resources or monitoring tools such as food diary and measurement recording sheet.

Online nutrition consulting was born from the goal of making dietitian consultations easier and more accessible for those that have difficulty attending clinic based consultations, whether it’s because you live too far away, work extended hours or are simply pushed for time.
Online Dietitian & Nutrition consulting allows you to receive the same expert nutrition advice, support and accountability to achieve your health or nutrition goals, all from the comfort of your own home, office or wherever is convenient for you!
The consultations run in exactly the same way as a regular Dietitian or Nutritionist consultation, I use a fully featured video consulting system to allow you to receive the same face-to-face in clinic experience. Features include document sharing for any relevant resources or dietary plans, plus a screen sharing feature so that we can go through your dietary plan and any educational resources together. Best of all, it is a completely web-based solution without the need for software or downloads. All you need to do start the video consultation is click the link provided in your appointment reminder.
There can be many barriers that stop an induvial from attending an appointment within a private practice. The may include time constraints, finances and embarrassment. Our Online Dietitians are trained to see clients inside the clinic as well as online. We can guarantee the best level of care for all patients by allowing online consultations.

All you need to meet with your Online Dietitian or Nutritionist is a computer or laptop computer with a webcam and internet connection. You DO NOT need to download any new software. You will simply follow a link that will take you to your Online Consultation via a browser page on your preferred web browser.
Prior to your consultation, you will be required to complete several forms. This will include an online registration form that will help our Online Dietitian to structure your session to get the most from your time spent together. You will also be asked to keep a food diary using the mobile application “Easy Diet Diary”. This is available in the Apple App store. This food diary will be shared with your Dietitian to help you in achieving your goals. If you do not have an Apple iPhone or iPad, you are welcome to keep a handwritten food diary and share it with the Dietitian during your Online Consultation.
Your initial appointment with our Online Dietitian will be between 30-45 minutes long. Review appointments are likely to be 30 minutes long.
Depending on your goals, your Online Dietitian or Nutritionist will advise you how often you should be meeting online. They may discuss package deals that will maximise the benefits of seeing an Online Dietitian or Nutritionist whilst reducing costs.
