A career in Clinical Exercise Physiology seemed only natural for Georgia after competing at a high level of competitive tennis during her schooling years. While studying at the Queensland University of Technology, Georgia has gained years of experience working in a private multidisciplinary practice to help advance her knowledge and understanding of various acute and chronic conditions. She graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology with Distinction at QUT.
Georgiaβs personal experience with exercise extends to long-distance running, triathlons, and strength training, and she is very passionate about helping clients improve their athletic performance in these domains. She also has a developing clinical interest in neurological, cardiovascular, and metabolic conditions. Given that Georgia lives with Type 1 Diabetes herself, she understands how frustrating and complex living with a chronic condition can be. She not only prides herself on being able to relate with her clients who also live with chronic conditions, but also her rapport building and effective communication.
Georgia is passionate about helping her clients address their primary concerns, and subsequently, work effectively as a team to achieve their desired outcomes by prioritising long-term health and wellbeing. Outside of the clinic, Georgia participates in long-distance running events and enjoys camping, hiking, fabulous coffee, spending time with her dogs, and supports the Brisbane Lions in the AFL.

Tess graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a keen passion for the musculoskeletal field. Tess combines evidence-based practice with a collaborative, patient-centred approach.
Her goal is to empower individuals to actively participate in their health and rehabilitation journey. Whether itβs returning to a beloved activity or achieving high-level goals, she is dedicated to supporting her patients every step of the way.
Outside of work, Tess loves relaxing at the beach, watching AFL, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.

James completed his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Griffith University on the Gold Coast, where he developed a wealth of experience working with diverse client populations. Born and raised in Brisbane, James is proud to call this vibrant city home and is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of its community through evidence-based exercise interventions.
With a lifelong passion for sport and exercise, James seamlessly translates this enthusiasm into his professional practice. He holds a strong interest in managing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, designing individualised exercise programs to support clients in recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Jamesβ empathetic approach and ability to build strong client relationships ensures that each individual feels supported and understood. He takes pride in helping clients leave every session with a clear, actionable plan and the confidence to achieve their health and fitness goals. Committed to lifelong learning, James actively pursues professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of clinical exercise physiology and deliver the best possible care to his clients.
Outside of work, James is a passionate sports fan who enjoys staying active by going to the gym, running, and exploring Brisbane. He is also a massive music enthusiast, he loves attending live concerts and discovering new artists. James also has a keen interest in finance and enjoys staying informed about investment strategies and market trends. In his downtime, he values spending quality time with friends and family.

Nick Zischke
Remedial Massage Therapist
Nicholas begun his journey in massage therapy in 2021 while inΒ Nepal. Nick was inspired while providingΒ care for aΒ particular elderly client to pursue a career in remedial massage.
In 2023, Nicholas pursued a Certificate IV in Relaxation Massage at Q Academy, which allowed him to gain practical experience as a therapist in Brisbane at City Cave and successfullyΒ run his own remedial massageΒ business. He has since completed his Diploma in Remedial Massage (Advanced Rehab) at Q Academy, further enhancing his skills as a remedial therapist, including techniques such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and myofascial cupping.
Nicholas continues toΒ gaining valuable experience at Sports and Spinal, collaborating with other health professionals to provide effective remedial treatments.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Nicholas is an avid meditator and enjoys spending quality time with his fiancΓ©. He has participated in numerous meditation retreats. He believes in “Practicing loving-kindness meditation: as you meditate, bring someoneβs face to mind and silently wish them happiness, health, success, and love.β, Something he leant from Nepal.Β Nicholas isΒ also a passionate musician, previouslyΒ serving as the lead guitarist for his Latin rock band, βUn Dia Antes,β performing at various events in his.

Poonam Roopa
Pelvic Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Poonam is an experienced physiotherapist with over 14 years in the field. She holds a degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, and takes pride in delivering evidence-based treatments after a thorough assessment of each patient’s condition. She has also earned her Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) certification with top honours and advanced her skills with various certifications, including dry needling.
Poonam has extensive experience in treating pelvic floor dysfunction in all genders, focusing on, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and post-surgery rehabilitation.
She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, AHPRA, and the World Association of Sexual Health.
Outside of work, Poonam enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Natalie Taylor
Musculoskeletal & Women's Health Physiotherapist
Natalie graduated from the University of Sydney in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and her career has taken her far and wide since then. Natalie believes in holistic and comprehensive healthcare. Her passion lies in understanding your unique story, your challenges, and your goals. She doesn’t just treat ailments; she treats you as a whole person, tailoring her solutions to your individual lifestyle.
Natalieβs expertise covers a wide spectrum of physiotherapy, but she has some interests in pelvic health, lower limb rehabilitation, headache, and back pain. Natalie can assist with pre and postnatal care, internal pelvic floor treatment, and a range of womenβs health treatments and paediatric bladder and bowel issues. Natalie has also completed additional training in dry needling.
Outside of work, Natalie thrives in the great outdoors, often exploring nature with her partner and son. She’s not just a physiotherapist; she’s also an Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast with a global competitive spirit. Nowadays, she prefers to keep it localΒ you mightΒ spot her at theΒ WynnumΒ Parkrun.

Gretchen Skorzewski
Neurology, Disability & Complex Conditions Physiotherapist
Gretchen completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UQ in 1992 and has worked in a large variety of settings in Australia and the UK, including hospitals and not for profits. She has undertaken extra training and has extensive experience with cerebral palsy and complex neurological conditions with adults and children. She is also experienced in general musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation and enjoys combining the neurological and musculoskeletal facets of her practice to assist her patients to achieve their best outcomes.
Gretchen is always trying to further her skills and knowledge to continue to help her patients understand and improve their movement, with a combination of external courses, reading and reflection.
In her spare time Gretchen enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 growing children, swimming, hiking and camping, practising yoga and meditation, and cooking.

Amy Lam
Exercise Physiologist
Amy has completed a Clinical Exercise Physiology Degree at the University of Queensland and has a background in Personal Training, Group Training and Sports Coaching. Over the past 6 years, Amy has worked in the Health and Fitness industry, experiencing a range of different areas including NDIS work, paediatric work, one on one training and group training.
Amyβs goal is to guide individuals in their journey towards enhanced physical, mental and holistic well-being, fostering their ability to thrive at every stage of life. Her adept interpersonal skills naturally complement her sincere enjoyment of assisting and supporting others in their daily activities. This combination of academic knowledge, practical experience and a personal approach drives her commitment to making a meaningful and positive contribution to improve a client’s quality of life.

Nicole Lam
Dietitian
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Nicoleβs journey into nutrition came from her cultural belief that βfood is medicineβ. Combined with her life goal to contribute her life to helping others, she entered the health industry as a dietitian.Β
Nicoleβs goal as a dietitian is to connect with each individual and discover their needs and wants in health and nutrition. She aims to help people develop a healthy and enjoyable relationship with food that supports their conditions and well-being. Nicole believes there is no βone size fits allβ solution to health. Therefore, she is passionate about working with her clients and empowering them with the nutrition knowledge and skills that they need.Β
As a full-fledged foodie, Nicole is also an excellent home cook who dabbles in different cuisines. She is experienced in developing simple and budget-friendly recipes that support a healthy diet. If you are struggling with your diet or are unsure about nutritional support for your health, Nicole is the dietitian for you. Nicole has a Masters’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetic Practice from Bond University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Queensland University of Technology.

Claudine Capel
Hypnotherapist
Claudine is a graduate of Hypnotherapy Training Australia, with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and certificates in the DeTrauma technique, NLP, psychology, Gestalt and Transpersonal Psychotherapy. She has a particular interest in using hypnotherapy to help clients improve their health, whether this be for pain, sleep, weight management, breaking addictions or reducing anxiety. And she also loves using it to help people reach their life goals β mental, emotional or physical.
As a former journalist who has been on her own health journey for around 12 years, she has tried and tested and researched many different alternative health modalities, and studies them on her own for fun in her spare time. So she is never short of ideas for self-help tools clients can use outside of the clinic!
As a mum of two, she loves spending time with her family outdoors in the Brisbane Bayside area. As well as reading, cooking, hanging out with friends and learning new things about the power of the mind on YouTube.
When she can she returns to her homeland of the UK for a roast dinner and some hugs.
Claudine loves working with clients that are ready for change and prepared to break free of old patterns. She is empathetic, interested in people and their stories, and genuinely wants to see clients happier, healthier and more empowered.
