Nambour Sports & Spinal offers Physiotherapy, Pilates, Podiatry, Women’s Health, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage, Hydrotherapy classes and much more! We also have a fully equipped gym and Pilates studio.

After completing her studies, she relocated to the Sunshine Coast to pursue her passion for patient care. Hayley is experienced in a wide range of physiotherapy areas, including acute rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and the management of persistent pain, and has a special interest in assessing and managing acute knee and hip presentations.
With a background in water polo coaching and experience as a sports trainer for rugby teams, Hayley has developed a strong appreciation for the importance of a holistic approach to healing and well-being. Ben achieved his Physiotherapy Degree at Otago University in New Zealand, and since graduating he has honed his skills in treating shoulder pain, neck pain, and headaches.
Ben’s extensive postgraduate training includes Headache management, advanced dry needling, pain science, and shoulder rehabilitation. His collaboration with local shoulder specialists ensures comprehensive support for post-operative shoulder recovery, making him a valuable resource for effective rehabilitation.

Jaime Singleton
Women's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
With over 16 years of experience in the field of Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Jaime has been fortunate enough to work in the largest Maternity hospital in Australia at the Mater Mothers’ in Brisbane and Qld Health for 10 years, before going privately into her work with pelvic health. She has liaised alongside specialist Gynecologists, Urogynaecologists, Colorectal surgeons and Pain Doctors, and treated countless patients across the lifespan from teenage years to the elderly, both male and female.
Jaime has completed post-graduate study and many advanced courses in pelvic health; taught university students both on an undergraduate and postgraduate level; presented at international conferences; and headed the Allied Health teams for Persistent Pelvic Pain clinics in the areas of Endometriosis and Pelvic Mesh injuries.
Jaime loves working with all pelvic health clients in helping them to understand their conditions, to know their options, and champion them to take control of their rehabilitation to optimise their outcomes.
Jaime is qualified to fit pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse management, and is a qualified Level 4 DMA Clinical Pilates instructor as well, so individualised exercise prescription is a large part of her treatment approach.
Outside of work, you’ll find Jaime either spending bulk time with her dogs, practising Pilates, climbing a mountain, at any live music she can find (a sucker for RnB and the 90s!), or down at the beach.

Katherine Hickey

Katherine is a dedicated physiotherapist who genuinely cares about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they love. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Queensland, along with a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Magnetic Resonance Technology. She also holds certifications in Rehab Pilates and dry needling, and has completed additional postgraduate training in concussion, spinal pain, and dance rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Her experience working with elite athletes at the Nitro Circus World Games, combined with her personal experiences as a dancer and dance teacher, gives Katherine a unique perspective on injury prevention and recovery. She’s passionate about empowering her patients throughout their rehabilitation journey by designing personalised treatment plans that blend manual therapy, targeted exercises, and practical self-management strategies.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Podiatry from the University of South Australia and has built a strong career in podiatry, beginning with her work in private practice in Adelaide before relocating to the Sunshine Coast. With a passion for lower limb health, Katherine is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their goals and maintain an active lifestyle.
Katherine’s expertise spans all areas of podiatry, with a particular focus on musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and rehabilitation, as well as ingrown toenail surgery. Caitlin Follett
Dietitian: Complex medical conditions, Eating disorders & Paediatrics
Caitlin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who completed her Bachelor of Dietetics in 2020 at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Caitlin sees a wide variety of patients across all ages and conditions. She enjoys managing patients with complex medical needs, as well as providing care to patients with chronic diseases, including diabetes, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal problems, and weight concerns, amongst many other cases.
Caitlin has a special interest in paediatric nutrition and has completed additional training via a Certificate of Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, and is an SOS Trained Feeding Therapist. Caitlin works collaboratively with paediatric patients and their families to support a variety of nutrition concerns relating to conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), fussy eating, sensory processing difficulties, faltering growth, global developmental delay, eating disorders, and cerebral palsy. In addition to her interest in paediatric nurtrition, Caitlin also specialises in eating disorder management and works with the patient and their support network at every stage along the nutrition journey to maintain patient safety on the road to recovery. Sophie graduated with honours from the University of Queensland and has built a distinguished career in physiotherapy within private practice. She has extensive training in chronic pain management, with a special focus on Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and is further skilled in NOI pain education and Graded Motor Imagery (GMI).
With a deep passion for her profession, Sophie is committed to providing holistic patient care that emphasizes active rehabilitation and education to support long-term self-management. Her dedication to professional development shines through her focused interest in rehabilitation for chronic conditions, persistent back pain, post-operative spinal pain, and recovery during and after cancer treatment.
