Lauren graduated from the University of Queensland with a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) and has a keen interest in cancer, neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Lauren’s passion is to help guide individuals throughout their unique physical and mental wellbeing journeys. She believes in taking the time to connect with clients to listen to their concerns and provides her knowledge and experience to empower them to live more active and healthy lifestyles.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Lauren at the gym or Pilates studio, online shopping, and following sports such as the AFL, NRL and Formula 1.
