Experiencing patella-femoral knee pain that is impacting you ability to perform daily tasks? Try this self-taping method as shown in do by our physiotherapist Tom to reduce your symptoms!

Please keep in mind that taping is often just a temporary relief option and will differ in effectiveness person to person as well as pathology. For long term pain reduction and recovery it is highly recommended you seek treatment from one of our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists. They will be able to help put a personally tailored recovery and management plan in place for you so you can continue and get back to running without pain getting in the way!
