Gema Greasley
Gema holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University. Gema is a musculoskeletal, pelvic and women’s health physiotherapist. Gema holds additional post graduate qualifications in women’s pelvic health, advanced dry needling and reformer pilates. She is also the former lead physiotherapist for the Aspley Hornets AFLW team and has previously worked with the AFLW Brisbane Lions team.
Gema’s favourite areas to treat include lower back, spinal, sacroiliac, pelvic and hip pain.
She is passionate in guiding women through their pregnancy and post partum/ post natal journey, addressing pelvic floor dysfunction or assisting women with pelvic organ prolapse. Gema understands women can be nervous to start their pelvic health journey and this motivates her to help women overcome their fears and achieve their desired outcomes. She is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to get you symptom free and feeling good about yourself!
Gema is passionate about empowering everyone to play an active role in their health journey. She acknowledges that everyone is unique and designs bespoke treatment plans for each of her clients. She is determined to get you back to your optimal level of function so you can do what you love to do pain-free. Gema combines hands-on and exercise therapies to provide the best long-term approach.
On the weekend you will find Gema going to reformer pilates or gym herself, drinking coffee and walking her two dachshunds Penelope & Alfred”
