Remedial Massage Therapist
Pat Graduated from Q Academy Brisbane with a Diploma of Remedial Massage in September 2017. Pat has since expanded his clinical knowledge by continuing his professional education after completing his Diploma. A highlight of Pat’s carer was being a member of the medical team at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. Pat has worked alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Myotherapist.
Pat uses various Remedial techniques in his treatments, including Cupping, Dry Needling, Trigger Point Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Myofascial Release, Rock blades Massage Tools, Deep Tissue Work, and Relaxation Massages.
Pat likes to road cycle and loves going to the Gym. Pat also loves getting away for long weekends with his two dogs and camper trailer. In his downtime, you can catch him volunteering his time as a Motorsport Fire and Rescue office. Pat has also volunteered at various events in Bathurst, Gold Coast, Townsville, Newcastle, Australian and Singaporean Formula 1 GP and many local grassroots events in Ipswich and Warwick.

Tim Dunstone
Sports Physiotherapist
Tim Dunstone gained his initial physiotherapy qualification in Adelaide from the renowned School of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia. He worked in Adelaide in both private practice and onsite in the industrial setting (in the automotive industry) for a few years. Tim served the profession’s peak association, the Australian Physiotherapy Association, on the SA Branch Council for four years.
Tim then moved to Sydney and completed two masters degrees in sports and manipulative physiotherapy and taught musculoskeletal physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. He conducted biomechanical research into low back injuries in elite rowers in the School of Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Sydney for three years. He was the Dean of St Andrew’s College at the University of Sydney for eight years and Dean of St John’s College at the University of Queensland for four years.
Tim rowed and coxed to a national level with the Adelaide Rowing Club. He has since coached rowing to an elite level with the South Australian Sports Institute, the Sydney University Rowing Club, Wilderness School, and the first eight at Scotch College in Adelaide. He has recently coached rowing for the last five years at the UQ Boat Club.
In his spare time, Tim enjoyed singing with the Sydney Philharmonia Choir for eight years, who are the resident chorus of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, frequently performing in the Sydney Opera House. His performances with the Sydney Philharmonia included a tour of the UK in 2010, singing Maher’s 8th at the Royal Albert Hall on the opening night of the BBC Proms Series, in addition to concerts at Westminster Abbey, St Paul’s Cathedral, and Australia House.
He has been the physiotherapist for elite soccer, cricket, and rowing teams, and has more than seventeen years of private practice clinical experience. Tim is one of only 201 physiotherapists in Australia, who are dual-titled members of the APA, as both an APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist and an APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. In 2020 Tim was made a Member of the Australian College of Physiotherapists. He is also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) for the State of Queensland. Tim is married with two young daughters.

Mahlia Snowden
Exercise Physiologist
Mahlia is a passionate advocate for health and wellness, with an interest in neurological rehabilitation and women’s health. Hailing from the Northern Territory, Mahlia’s journey to her profession took her to the Gold Coast, where she pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Griffith University, graduating in 2023. It was here that she honed her skills and knowledge in understanding the intricacies of the human body and its functions.
With a strong desire to make a difference in people’s lives, Mahlia has previous experience working as a support worker, specifically with individuals facing spinal cord injuries. This hands-on experience has equipped her with invaluable insights into the challenges and triumphs of those navigating neurological conditions, fostering her dedication to improving their quality of life through exercise and rehabilitation.
Beyond her professional endeavours, she finds joy and fulfilment in the sport of rugby union, where she trains and plays actively. This passion for sport not only highlights her commitment to physical fitness but also reflects her resilience and team-oriented mindset, qualities that she brings to her work in the field of exercise physiology.
As she embarks on her journey in the field, Mahlia is excited to leverage her skills, knowledge, and experiences to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others, championing health, wellness, and inclusivity every step of the way.

Belinda Fribence
Exercise Physiologist
Belinda Fribence graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology on top of her degree in Bachelor of Exercise Science. As well as this, Belinda is a full member of Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
Belinda’s passion in the field of Exercise Physiology is driven by her past as a competitive athlete in the world of Track and Field and sustaining carer changing injuries. As a result, she has become driven to provide holistic care with the aim of helping individuals regain their mobility and functionality as well as improving the methods of injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Working closely with surfers and martial art athletes as well as being one herself she has developed a key passion in improving the longevity and mobility of joints, particularly in the hips. Working with the body in a 360-degree approach is a personal goal of hers and is aiming to build upon her knowledge and expertise in this field.
Belinda is currently on maternity leave.
