Courtney is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) boasting over 10+ years of experience in the healthcare field, where she has worked extensively in both hospital and community settings. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) in 2011, and since then, she has been dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and nutrition goals.

With a particular focus on chronic disease management, weight loss, weight gain, and supporting individuals with disabilities, Courtney is committed to positively impacting her clients’ lives. She takes pride in fostering a healthy and positive relationship with food for those she works with.

Outside of her professional life, Courtney finds joy in various activities. She relishes spending time at the beach, camping amidst nature’s beauty, savouring meals at restaurants, exploring new destinations during her travels abroad, and cherishing quality moments with her family and friends.

Caitlin Follett

Paediatric & Eating Disorder Dietitian

Caitlin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who completed her Bachelor of Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast and has spent many years working in private practice supporting her clients with a range of nutrition concerns across the coast. She has special interests in paediatric nutrition, and eating disorder management and regularly completes additional training and education in these areas of nutrition.

Caitlin has completed her Certificate of Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics through the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, and is a qualified SOS Feeding Therapist. Caitlin is passionate about supporting even the littlest of clients to develop life-long skills to support proper nutrition and develop a positive relationship with food. She works closely with clients, their families and carers and takes great pride in improving not just the client’s experience with food, but also helping the bigger support network along the feeding and eating journey too. Caitlin has experience working with paediatric clients with ASD, ADHD, fussy eating, sensory processing difficulties, faltering growth, global underdevelopment, eating disorders, cerebral palsy and more. She is also able to support those requiring enteral or parenteral nutrition (tube feeding).

Caitlin also has a special interest in eating disorder management. She works with clients across the lifespan to improve their experience with food and their quality of life to support eating disorder recovery. Caitlin prides herself on using an individualised, compassionate approach with each client and understands that discussing food and nutrition may be confronting for some clients or their families, and works with people at their own pace throughout their nutrition care.

Peter is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Sports Dietitian (AccSD) who is passionate about a client-centred approach to nutrition; tailoring advice and plans to the individual.

With a background in sport science and an extensive history of cycling, Peter enjoys fine-tuning the nutrition plans of all cyclists and is currently the consulting Dietitian to the QAS cycling squad. Peter is also very passionate about the nutritional needs of recreational, junior, club, Audax and Gran Fondo participants.

Peter’s interests lie not only in sport. He enjoys helping people from all walks of life to meet their nutritional goals by tailoring advice to their individual circumstances.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Nicole’s journey into nutrition came from her cultural belief that “food is medicine”. Combined with her life goal to contribute her life to helping others, she entered the health industry as a dietitian. 

Nicole’s goal as a dietitian is to connect with each individual and discover their needs and wants in health and nutrition. She aims to help people develop a healthy and enjoyable relationship with food that supports their conditions and well-being. Nicole believes there is no “one size fits all” solution to health. Therefore, she is passionate about working with her clients and empowering them with the nutrition knowledge and skills that they need. 

As a full-fledged foodie, Nicole is also an excellent home cook who dabbles in different cuisines. She is experienced in developing simple and budget-friendly recipes that support a healthy diet. If you are struggling with your diet or are unsure about nutritional support for your health, Nicole is the dietitian for you. Nicole has a Masters’ degree in Nutrition and Dietetic Practice from Bond University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Queensland University of Technology.
